Your support will give those who need it most, regardless of their financial means, access to our supportive programs and services. Your gift will go to work immediately; helping us meet current needs and providing financial assistance to those who need our support. You’ll receive a charitable tax receipt for the full amount you give, resulting in tax savings for you.
We work closely with our charitable partners to develop philanthropic and sponsorship opportunities that align with company CSR strategies and leverage your brand – all while giving back to the community. YMCA Northumberland will work with you to identify funding opportunities for priority projects or program areas based on your specific interests and/or locations that are meaningful to you.

The benefits of donating a gift of securities to the YMCA are two-fold. First, you will receive a tax receipt for the fair market value of the donation in the amount of the closing trading price on the day YMCA Northumberland will receive the security. The YMCA offers a wide range of programs which address community needs and as a charity we rely on thousands of volunteers to help. We offer many benefits to our volunteers, including learning new skills, meeting new people and making friends while helping people improve their overall health.
